In May, Sony introduced the latest flagship smartphone Xperia 1 VII and has been in Japan for a while. Today, however, the company announced that the device is sent in its own market and that it temporarily suspends its sales.
The reason for this is that Xperia 1 VII units are closed on their own, randomly restarting and even opening. Obviously, any of these three people are an individual problem, but apparently all of them are now in the wild nature.
For those with an unopened Xperia 1 VII, Sony recommends to remove both the power button and sound level for about 20 seconds to save it, and then apply the latest software update. If this does not help, Sony advises people to communicate with support personnel.

Detailed instructions for the software update procedure are given in the following source. Interestingly, while Sony implies that the latest update will solve the problems, he says on the same page that he is still investigating what is caused by them. So perhaps the software update is not more precise solution. We will tell you how this develops.
Thanks for the tip, Josip!
